FetishRings is a site created for all of us kinksters, perverts and sexual deviants, for enjoying our kinks, sharing them with like-minded others, a place to express our fetishes without the need to edit ourselves to fit into the vanilla majority. The site saw daylight in the summer of 2008 when we, LordOfTheRings and PassionMistress, realized that most of the fetish and sex sites on internet are mainly focused on dating and hooking up in real life and that actual, joyous, in-depth discussion about the perversions we so dearly love, is fairly diminutive elsewhere. Meeting kinksters in real life for some action and fetish plays is fun - but we feel also, that whenever such a chance isn't available due to one reason or other, virtual fet play is, or should be, possible and almost as much fun as the real thing.

So we came up with FetishRings, for our own enjoyment to begin with... because we love to talk, read, write and fantasize about anything that has to do with our kinks, fetishes and sex in general, just as much as we love bringing our fantasies into reality. And while imagination alone is a major turn-on, we will not stop at that; we love to watch also, to see pictures and videos of our pet fetishes, of ourselves, of others - and we want to invite you and others, who possess equally kinky minds to join in the fun with us. As for the videos, we are a tiny "mom and pop operation" still, and have no resources to show full length videos, but we are affiliates to the site where you can purchase and see such, if you wish. In the future we have plans to start up a shop specifically designed to cater to fetish needs; toys for the kinksters, from the kinksters! As far as vanilla crowds are concerned, fetishes are generally viewed as acts of humiliation and degradation. You are either a master or a slave. Dirt or superior... Well, looking at it from the inside, in our opinion, things aren't quite so simple. LordOfTheRings and I, PassionMistress, feel that in addition to their dark, mysterious, "depraved" reputation, there is also a truly beautiful side to fetishes and kinks. We want to show how fetishes can also be seen as tools - extreme maybe, but still - to express one's boundless love for and intimacy with the other, to show them as psychological tools for practicing giving away control, trusting others completely, and re-living those parts of our life which we either doubt or which are in need of amendment and healing.

LordOfTheRings and I are not part of corporate world, we are sexual deviants just like you and any other fetish lover. We started FetishRings in order to create a home away from home for all the kinksters, to make new friends who share our perverted mindset; to get to know, meet and play with them - play with you - to fulfill fantasies and to create great, lasting friendships, even relationships, both in the virtual and real world. We hope to see like-minded people find their way to FetishRings and feel right at home, totally accepted and free to express their desires boldly, joyfully, actively, without fears, reservations or being censored - and then spread the word around. We want FetishRings to grow up and to see it become the kind of favourite hang out for you and the kinkster community as it already is for us. To buck that trend, here are the Terms & Conditions written the way we would like to be talked to and treated.

Cultivate Good Karma

Treat the others in the community the way you wish to be treated, with respect, and we predict absolutely no problems for you. However, if members begin to complain about your actions we will have to investigate their complaints and if need be, suspend your account.

Be Smart If You Plan To Meet Someone

The vast majority of people out there are most likely to be good people, but you should still keep your wits about you. If you choose to meet up in real life with someone you have met on FetishRings, take the necessary precautions. We do not and can not screen users of FetishRings, so please take care, use your common sense and things should go well.

We Will Never Sell or Share Your Personal Information With Anyone

Seriously. We will not share or sell your personal information for any reason or to anyone. Your information is stored with our information, and we will treat it with as much respect as if it was our own. And we really, truly respect our personal information.

You Upload It, You Own It

If you upload any media on FetishRings, you retain the rights to it, assuming it is your media to start with. Just because you upload it on the site, does not make it FetishRings' (or any of it's members') media. If anyone wants to use the media for any reason, they will have to contact the person who uploaded it.

Speaking of which, please don't upload any media that does not belong to you. If anyone complains about a piece of uploaded media, that it does not belong to the person who uploaded it, we will have to look into it and possibly remove the piece of media.

Don't Spam

If we discover you are spamming our users, we will have to put an end to it. Protecting our users and the quality of their experience is our responsibility, so don't be an ass!

Promoting Your Service/Products/Site

We are not against healthy competition, but we don't agree with flagrant promotion of your merchandise in your profile without proof that there is an actual person behind it and without you participating in the community. Also, we do not look kindly on people who falsely represent themselves and harass users just trying to land new customers or close a deal. Remember respect and grow good karma.

Illegal Activity

Don't bring it to FetishRings, if it is illegal. Ok, this is a global community we are in, so what is illegal in your neighborhood, might not be illegal in mine and vice-versa. But in a nutshell, if it is illegal in any G8 country, it is illegal on FetishRings too. If you bring such material to the site, we will have to remove it, whatever it is. We are sure you understand our point.

Disabling And/Or Deleting Your Account

If we must, we can, and we will disable and/or delete your account. Naturally, we don't ever want things to go that far, but if you are deflating people's good vibes and their quality of experience, you leave us no other choice. But before it comes to that, we will certainly want to hear your view to be completely fair. However, when push comes to shove, what we say, goes.

You Must Be Legal

You know what we are talking about. We are talking about legal as in age of consent; if you want to become a member of FetishRings, you'd better be of the age when you are legally able to see and buy pornography. Not legal - no membership. And there are no two ways about it!

Mandatory Avatar & Profile Pic

We humans are most often visually stimulated creatures, and to have no avatar or profile picture is kind of dull for the rest of us, so please understand that we have, in the name of public interest, deemed the upload of an avatar and a profile picture mandatory. If you really don't want to bother with it, we reserve the right to do it for you.

Changes To The Terms & Conditions

Like FetishRings and life itself, the Terms & Conditions keep evolving in the course of time but generally speaking, we would not do anything to you that we would not want done to ourselves, we are into growing good vibes and good karma.
